The exhibition "The First Perfume: Tappūtī and the History of Aromas" traces the long and rich cultural history of perfumery - from ancient Assyria (1200 BC) to the modern age - and represents the cultural significance of perfumes together with some technical aspects of their production through a selection of manuscripts and antique printed books, woodcut matrices of botanical subjects and a still.

Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
