On staff of the Head of the Department
Department Administrative Manager: Dr. Maria Angela Cané
Coordinates the Department's administrative services and offices. Assists in the preparation of the budget and financial statements, as well as the financial position. Supports the governing bodies in accordance with current accounting and service organization regulations and serves as secretary to the Department Commettee and Board. Collaborates with the Director on all activities related to the optimal functioning of the department.
Technical Services Coordinator: Dr. Stefano Grilli
Manages and organizes the activities carried out by technical staff within the department's laboratory units, providing technical support for teaching and research activities. Coordinates with the relevant offices regarding the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of laboratory facilities. Ensures compliance with operating regulations and safety procedures.
Local Safety Officer (LSO): Dr. Sonia Casolari
The LSO handles all aspects of health and safety in the Department's workplace. The LSO's duties are clearly defined and can be found in Article 8 of the University Safety Regulations.
